Elon Musk sued Grimes for parental rights last month

Elon Musk had secretly taken legal action for the parental rights of his three children with his ex Grimes a month prior to her suing the billionaire.

Musk said he wanted to "establish the parent-child relationship" with his and Grimes' children X, who is 3, and one-year-olds Exa (or Y) and Tau. That is a legal request for parents to recognize that their children are indeed theirs when the parents aren’t married, as is the case for Grimes and Musk, and as happened a few months ago with Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah, the mother of the actor’s son.

He said Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, lived with him and their children from May to July of this year.

He also claimed she moved to California "in an apparent attempt to circumvent jurisdiction" of Texas courts.

Musk said, in the filings, he believed the custody dispute would settle, but wanted Texas courts to weigh in if it didn't. He also requested that the courts order the parties 'to attend mediation prior to final trial'. 

He also noted in the filing that the care has taken place in Texas where he resides full time for at least 'six consecutive months.'

It comes after court documents revealed Grimes, real name Claire Boucher, filed petition to establish parental relationship' on September 29 in a California court. 
Grimes' lawsuit is also requesting physical custody of the children and includes a "standard restraining order" that would prevent the children from being moved out of California by either parent.

i really cannot stand this, person (musk). none of this should be anyone's business period. it's out here and it just, seeing this made me cry. it makes me sad i just, this is gross and makes me feel sick. we don't know the real truth of anything, but i just know this energy and i can confidently say that aside from the obvious, i just, i don't trust him and i just hope the children will be okay, safe, somehow properly taken care of. i hope grimes is okay. i hope everyone is just okay and will be safe. this is just idk it's too much for my brain to take in atm but i just, i'm sad

I think the situation between Elon and Grimes changes so often that it is impossible to follow.

A week ago I saw a current picture of X sitting on Elon's neck during a visit to the Tesla factory in Texas.
