I love both of them, but I will go with Born This Way.

I’ll go with Hair simply because it’s underrated whereas Born This Way is way too overrated

omg both are my faves, i'd say "Hair" 

 

"Born This Way" helped me to change my perspective of humanity and to (slowly) accept the parts of myself that i wasn't allowed to express for most of my life  However, "Hair" made me a little monster, the lyrics and the powerful melody make me feel like i wasn't alone anymore, the whole song resonated in me because i've used to feel like a complete loser for a long time, and "Hair" made me realize i wasn't, every single time i get sad or insecure about myself i listen to this song and it gives me so much strenght, "Hair" will always have a very special place in my heart

I don't particularly rank either of them very highly, but I have to go with Born This Way. The amazing production carries Hair. The lyrics leave much to be desired, but they are both still on her magnum opus and are still ranked highly enough to not be skips or anything like that. I just find the lyrical content on that song, especially compared to the rest of the album, lacking.
