Your little games won't work. The dishonesty is clear. You chose to ignore the attacks on apartment buildings, hotels etc and chose to highlight this insignificant event of the shelling of Roman Shukhevych tomb as justification for the death of dozens of innocent people including children, who were nowhere close to this place.

Go seek help.

I'm not justifying anything, I just love the fact that Ukraine has a Nazi museum out in the open which was now hit and people are having a hard time applying emotional propaganda onto it ''Russia is destroying history'' -> ''Nazi history??''

You should educate yourself who Roman Shukhevych was and why people treat him as a hero - starting with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Shukhevych Do you know people running the museum did not know who this character was and his historical relevance?

People's true colors are revealed when one advocates for Naziphilia, on GGD of all places, but I'm not surprised anymore. :toofunny:

They only mentioned the museum because that's the only relevant part of the attack here. Chill out.

The "only relevant part" of the bombing? Oh okay, so the dozens of civilians killed in their homes, or in the hotel while celebrating NYE don't matter. Got it. I love how you gradually make it sound worse and worse for you :air:

The only relevant part *here*. As in on this thread on this subject. Again, chill out. If you want to talk about the parts of the attack don't pertain to the subject at hand, go start a new thread; this one is about the nazi. You've been grasping at any reason to clutch your pearls on this website for a while now. The antics started old and aren't getting any fresher. Maybe go meditate or something.

This thread is about a Canadian speaker resigning after praising a veteran who fought for the nazis. It has nothing to do with the tomb of Roman Shukhevych, who died ages ago.

And if you choose to make it relevant despite the lack of direct connection. Then I will also make relevant the fact that Russia has been using 80 year old history as justification for the mass slaughter of civilians today (I mean they blame Ukrainian nationalists for collaborating with Germany, when they signed a pact with them themselves only to be backstabbed) . Don't try to police what is relevant and what is not. The disingenuous nazi accusations from Russia, serving as justification for war crimes committed today IS very much relevant to this discussion.

If you have an issue with it, don't respond to me, or use the ignore button.

This has ''White lives matter'' energy, in that you believe saying black lives are important equals that white lives are not important. You and others thinking like this need to wake up to the realization that context and nuances matter, and A does not invalidate B.

There are also certain things that should not be swept under the rug just - just because we politically support one side does not mean we need to idealize it and brush off any criticism, ie criticism for glamorizing nazi figures.

If anything you should be proposing to find ways to stop it instead of making excuses because [I actually won't write a paragraph why glamorizing nazis is wrong as you should know it already].

This is where I stop engaging because the silliness of what you say discredits your argument on its own, no response needed. :billie:

Mkay! Have fun continuing to be insufferable on a celebrity fan site for no discernable reason.

Oh for sure, if people making hypocritical political arguments find me insufferable, I'll take that as a compliment. And the goal here is for them to stop engaging with me. That'd be appreciated cuz it saves us time. Have a good day

No because it's funny for you to use  "White Lives Matter". I mean rich coming from someone saying that Arabs and Turks in Europe shouldn't have the same linguistic rights as "real natives", because they're not indigenous Europeans (aka not White). So please stop with the fake occasional pandering whenever you'd like some leftists here to be on your side. It's transparent. I know you well enough by now. You are a Romanian nationalist, have hostile views towards non-European natives and it makes sense why you have occasional sympathy for Russian nationalism. Same reasons why Hungarian nationalism under Orban is sympathetic towards Putin.

I won't cry for the fact that a literal Nazi museum was destroyed but if one can pedantic there are ways in which one can analyze and conclude it was a bad thing.

I admire the fact that you have the ability to recognize that bombing targets in other countries is wrong, even if they are valid (I am sorry but Nazi museums are valid targets

nobody here is crying that a nazi museum was bombed, but it doesn’t make it right that russia is bombing ukraine. there are questionable museums and monuments all over the world, should we bomb them all? would it be okay if poland or ukraine flew to volgograd and bombed the stalin monument?

also i don’t see how it matters where i am from.

I mean when in the last few days, Russia bombs dozens of civilian targets, apartment buildings, hotels, NYE celebrations etc, where civilians and children died, and someone ignores all of those targets and chooses a singular target to highlight the shelling of an ex-collaborator tomb as some sort of achievement to praise Russia for, that's all you need to know: disingenuous, hypocritical, aiding and abetting Putin's genocidal propaganda for a bad war in which half a million people perished so far (including hundreds of thousands of his own people thrown into this death trap).

:lmao:

For the record this is the thread where you said linguistic minorities should stop speaking their native idioms bringing up the fact that Turks and Arabs living in Western Europe are incetivized to speak French/German, and I said native indigenous minorities should speak their languages in the places where they are from as opposed to immigrants which are expected to learn the new languages, which was common sense for everybody but you.

The fact that you are still not over it and still don't get it is telling.

I have no symapathy for Russian nationalism, neither the whitewashing of Soviet crimes and neither Nazis crimes. But for some of you it's one or the other.

What I love about this is you let your Nazi apologism shine in full force, and you have the nerve to call me Romanian nationalist while in the same breath advocating or museums dedicated to Nazis.
