I don’t think we should be asking a woman who has just escaped what Britney has to put herself through the mental and physical stress of a world tour as her comeback. 

She is familiar with Vegas and probably feels quite comfortable there. If this is true, it would be best for her to restart her performing and acclimate herself to the work again in a place that she can still feel she has roots down. 

She can always tour in the future, but if she truly wants to start working again it’s best to do it in the way that will be healthiest for her and that is more likely to be a residency than a tour.
