It feels like when they teased Breath of the Wild throughout Wii U's whole lifespan and then released it as a cross-gen game. Probably that what's gonna happen, going to come both for Switch and the next console.

100% - also the recent revelation that there will be no DLC for TOTK leads me to believe they’re for sure moving on.

So excited for the remake of thousand year door!! This was my very first 3D game ever that I played when I got my first console (GameCube). This is still one of the best games I played and I was run happy tears when they announced it :kry: no paper Mario game ever came close to this gem ever so it is probably the smartest move to just remake this lol

Tbh there’s nothing to milk out of this story, everything that could have been done been done, it’s time to move on to the next incarnations and next hyrule, maybe more alive one and less post apocalyptic

Bang bang, Luigi shot me down

Auralegends

I feel like they're stretching the Switch lifecycle now by just dumping/releasing a lot of Mario-related content. We had a new (decent) Mario game every 2 year approx with some extras in between (like golf) and now it's SMB Wonder, RPG, Paper Mario, Peach, Luigi's Mansion 2 all over the course of 1 year
