Maher's politics are suspect, but he's apparently a great boss. Seth is also supposed to be a wonderful boss and very decent guy. Don't know about the others listed. I think all late night hosts have their bad moments. It's tough doing a daily or weekly show. Incredibly stressful. And if your name is above the marquee? It's even more stressful. So I sometimes roll my eyes at these "exposes" which read more like hit pieces or ex employees who have an axe to grind. It's like talking to someone's ex partner. Of course they might not have nice things to say about you! But it sounds like Fallon is truly another Ellen. A bad person through and through. When he nearly ripped off a finger from tripping and falling, a lot of folks I know in the industry were saying he was drunk when it happened. Never stopped hearing stories after that.
