yup. nobody's buying katy perry concert merchandise thinking it was katie perry designed clothes. aside from the fact the katy perry stuff likely has her face on it which i can't imagine features in katie's design range, one is concert merchandise and one is ordinary designer clothing, two completely different markets and sectors.
