In her recent Instagram posts teasing Jazz and Piano, Gaga is seen rehearsing The Best Is Yet To Come

Written in 1959, the song was made for Tony Bennett by Cy Coleman and Carolyn Leigh (who also created Firefly, featured on Cheek To Cheek)

Tony debuted the song on his massively successful 1962 album I Left My Heart in San Francisco, which had been in the making for over 4 years.

The song eventually became a Frank Sinatra staple, who recorded the song with composer Count Basie for their 1964 album It Might as Well Be Swing

In 1995, the song became Frank Sinatra’s last performed live, 3 years before his death in 1998.
