Is Taylor Swift the only major pop artist to peak in her 30s and not 20s?

Depends on how you define peak, but I'd argue Beyonce hit hers with Lemonade (big seller, was a cultural milestone, etc.). She was 35 when the album came out. And this isn't a popular opinion on here, but Shallow/ASIB era was arguably a bigger peak than Gaga's 2009-2011 era (even if it was for a shorter time period). IMO the only difference is Gaga did a ton of press in 2009-2011 versus 2018. Shallow was a pop cultural reference in 2018-2019 with the GP in the US, at least, and even is somewhat today. If I recall correctly, it's also Gaga's best selling track.

As other said, Madonna's biggest peak was in her early 30s, too. While Kylie has never been huge in the US, she had massive success in the UK/Europe/Australia in her mid to late 30s.

I will say there is A LOT of ageism in pop music.

ASIB did not even touch 2009-2011 Gaga, sorry but yes shallow is her 2nd biggest hit, but PF and BR changed career paths and influenced generations of pop artists…… TFM and BTW sold More than ASIB.

Tina Turner didn't even get her 1st pop hit until her 40s. There are a ton of pop singers who didn't experience that kind of acclaim until later in life. Listen to more music!

Taylor Swift is currently experiencing unprecedented levels of fame... I would definitely say nobody else has had this type of success in their 30s. 

I would say that as an artist, Gaga has peaked in her 30s. She's at the height of her critical acclaim with great commercial success about to release the follow-up to the biggest Rated R movie of all time. But as a popstar, her peak was in her 20s.

I'll also add... while Endless Summer Vacation didn't do that well, Flowers was one of the streaming era's biggest hits. Miley is re-peaking in her 30's even if she can't really sell her albums that well.
