He was one of the witness for court case in England and apparently the one that can prove Spacey was not with the accusers' cos he was already at the party that Elton held at the time, hence not guilty. Yes, it doesn't equate to innocence, but it means something is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal case, and by a preponderance of evidence in a civil case. I know it's not a perfect standard, but much much better than the court of public opinion. I just don't want to see people have their lives ruined based on accusations only.
