What's funny about this is that they gave him a big nose and he still doesn't look like Leonard at all... so what was the reason? Was it necessary?  maybe he just wanted to do this:

Yeah, it's a bit tacky & I see why it's a bad look, optics-wise, and why it's would be offensive. Bradley comes across as an overthinker, so I'm surprised he went this route. Did he not think Rami Malek's fake teeth were ridiculous in Bohemian Rhapsody?

This. It’s a biopic. Is it not insulting to just reduce Leonard to “Jewish man?” They’re an individual who did great musical stuff and the movie will tell us what exactly they did
