Maybe an unpopular opinion but he has the right to speak if he feels that his living space has become unsafe. I don't necessarily think this makes him a racist or xenophobic or whatever people are saying he is. HOWEVER it is ironic for him to say this seeing as his family are immigrants. IDK. It's a tough one, but he should definitely keep his mouth closed more in the future it's like he doesn't realise his daughter is one of the most famous women in the world. Personally I'm from a very mixed culture city and I love it and have absolutely 0 issue with immigration, I'm just trying to see it from his POV.

He doesn’t understand optics, and has no tact. Upper East Side is going to absolutely be fine long term, him complaining about property value is an issue majority of Americans can’t relate to.

Yesterday I googled Lady Gaga under news and guess what came up. It's irritating.

There's good and bad in Joe. He not only had a 50% stake in bringing Gaga into the world, he was also the guy who played all those Pink Floyd records. I disagree with his politics but he's entitled to his views.

Ironically, I’m sure he’d be uninterested in discussing how rich NYers have been doing irreparable damage to my small island over the years. Moving in, pushing out locals, driving housing prices through the roof so an 800sq foot cottage is $1.5M, stealing community resources and gentrifying 200 years of Bahamian and Cuban culture so it’s a whitewashed vacation rental/summer home playground for the wealthy. I did not assume anyone's immigration status, I was assuming what Joe is talking about, which is illegal and mass immigration.

I also did not criticize leftists, even though there is nothing wrong with doing that. My comment was pointing out how most people agree with Joe unless you are a leftist, then I said how I agree with leftists on immigration.
