This is sad but likely true.

 

Also, canceling concerts is a big deal. People are having to travel to see Taylor. People will lose so much money and would be very upset if she did this. But at the same time, I see the request being legit. Are these workers on strike right now or just wanting higher wages?

even if she does it, she will give another excuse for it to not give attention to the union's demands. Didn't she pull something similar for a horse racing concert a few years back?

Aside from visitors who will attend, Taylor and her big crew also might not able to stay in hotel anyway if housekeepers are striking. Unless they are fine with no room service and sleeping in the same bedsheets as the guests before you for however long they are staying.

I mean, postponing the dates wouldn't have the impact the union thinks. Besides the fact it will massively tank any public support, a lot of those hotel rooms will be non-refundable

She can do a airbnb or sleep at her bus, and she has people who work for her, she doesnt need housekeeping

they're not blaming her, they're asking for a show of solidarity to make their strikes more visible and effective. it 100% won't come to fruition but at least asking for it raised some awareness of their plight

What about people who travel there for the concert? Guests are usually very demanding
