For an entire month, we’d have countdown threads weekly because they posted a set this photoshoot at the exact same time on a specific day throughout August 2018. Turns out this was part of the original concept for Enigma. I always thought this was supposed to be something for The Fame’s 10th anniversary, ‘Hot blondes in odd positions’. It wasn’t it was just an unused photoshoot from King Kong magazine when she was working with Eli Russell Linnetz in his photographic style. All of his work at the time for the magazine was in this aesthetic which was also inspired by another photographer from the 90s. He was the editor for the magazine at the time and probably was gonna use Gaga to get it off the ground commercially but in the end they never used it.
