Some of you are unreal. She’s a human being who just lost one of her best friends and musical soulmate. Let her grieve privately. She doesn’t owe us anything. She’ll say something if and when she wants to. We know Tony meant the world to her and it isn’t so simple to put in a tweet or Instagram post. Bffr

Gaga will speak on the topic.  She has too much respect for Tony not to.  However, I can’t imagine what is going through her mind right now, so just be patient.  She is processing this in the way that she wants to, and that has nothing to do with us.

Also, I’m concerned for how Gaga is doing right now.  Often, people with fibromyalgia can experience severe pain when going through experiences like this (it has happened to me on multiple occasions).  Fibromyalgia is different for everyone, but Gaga is likely trying to take care of both her body and mind right now.  For a fibromyalgia patient, emotional pain can quickly turn into physical pain, which can trigger greater depression, and it becomes a cycle (again, everyone is different.  I know other people who also experience this and also fibro patients who don’t).  Losing someone close to you is always hard, but I am just sending my best wishes to Gaga that she is managing to handle the situation in a way that can hopefully maintain her health.

I think you've answered your own question there. This isn't a normal one. Normally she might just know the person slightly, or not at all, and she'd just be tweeting the way  millions of others would, just making a small gesture, sending her respects from afar. This one is different. She's in the middle of it. There is no keeping a respectful distance  She'll have her arms around Susan and vice versa.

She's heartbroken and going through the mourning/grieving stage. We need to remember that Tony was a friend of hers and felt part of the Benedetto family.

I don't think she's broken up over it.

He was 96 in bad health and had the best possible life you could have.

Remember, she wrote Edge of Glory.

Death is part of the deal, you have to accept it.  

I would wager the reason she's not saying anything is because she would be accused of trying to profit from it, to get attention for herself.

She'll do a tribute at some point, but the most authentic thing for her to do is what she's doing and I think it's the right move.

She'll post or release a statement when she's ready. I'm sure she will at some point but given it just happened over the last few days she has to be feeling an abundance of shock and emotions given how close they were--he was practically her family.

given that people nowadays find a way to criticize anything and judge anyone for posting anything I would say she doesn’t even have to. it’s becoming less and less needed because too many people are abusing social platforms.

having said that I think she’s probably taking her time. she’s gonna mention it eventually, obviously.
