My math is going to be out to lunch and just napkin calculations.. Say every attendee spends $300 on average (post ticket) in and around the city (lodging, food, tourism).If Taylor did at least 2 nights in 3 cities 300 x 300,000 = 90,000,000 would be a very baseline estimate. I know Perth, Australia sought out Coldplay to play exclusively in the city calling it a “drawcord” event. Not a bad strategy to increase tourism. Post-covid touring is seeing record attendance, and Canada has been largely missing out on most tours aside from one or two dates from most artists.
