Micheal Jackson molestation allegations by Wade Robson will go to trial

'California Court of Appeal cleared the way for Robson to make his case, alleging that MJ molested him at the Neverland Ranch when Robson was between the ages of 7 and 14.

The late singer will be represented by his company, Michael Jackson’s Corporation, also known as MJJ Productions, Inc.

According to the company’s lawyers, the suit lacks merit, as the company had no legal duty to protect Robson or anyone else from MJ because it had no ability to control him.

However, the Court of Appeal gave a tentative ruling that the case will be sent back down for trial.'

Wonderful news for everyone who supports MJ’s victims.

It has been 10 years since Wade first filed his suit, and we’re finally going to see a trial.

Definitely, though Kim Petras did not commit any of those acts I must say. There's also so many other celebs who have done unspeakable things, but get a pass because of nostalgia or their status.

These lying scumbags have lost in court again and again and again. They're trying and failing miserably to extort an innocent man who's been dead for 14 years.

Wade will lose again.

He will owe MJ's estate even more money than he already does.

He will continue to miss out on the fortune he's trying to steal.

He will remain bitter that he was passed up for jobs and opportunities that he sought after MJ's death.

He, James, and Dan Reed will remain the laughing stock of real journalists.

The facts will remain unchanged.

MJ remains the innocent man he's always been.

Sidenote: I was so very relieved this past year when I learned that Gaga still collects and maintains MJ's things, even after that crap mockumentary in 2019. She's one of the true allies out here who can see past racist lies and extortion attempts. I just wish more of her fans were capable of such critical thinking.

Whatever the outcome, getting these cases to trial is the true victory. 

The Estate has been trying to suppress information about these cases for years, and now it's all going to be on the public record. They're done for.

Good luck MJ fans.
