Well excuse me for not condoning the shameless usage of harmful slurs.  There are plenty of other ways a confrontation like this could’ve been worded that wouldn’t at least slightly irk a marginalized community (heaven forbid) that’s already facing a lot of unwarranted hate, hate including the very usage of this word.

For the record, I’d say the same about any usage of slurs. A non-queer person shouldn’t be saying this slur, acting or not. But I suppose I’m just being sensitive, as always, apparently.
