MEGA is notorious for this and scans their files to cross reference with copyrighted music, Mediafire will do the same I strongly recommend Dbree.org, they're a lot simpler but host single files as well as compressed files with takedowns being unheard of fragment-fragment--bul-uh...scab-uh..fragment-foot, bullet fragment foot bich!
