I don’t get why people would want to watch the film so much when you can just view pretty quality clips online. Especially since Chromatica is 3 years old now.

I am sad Gaga has had to be forced out like this. It’s disturbing and people should question what good they’re actually doing when they advocate for their values. It’s ridiculous to think it’s 2023 and a bunch of people are trying to cancel Gaga for not being ethical.

Oh my, my heart kind of dropped reading that. It makes me sad that’s the way the film was actually confirmed, as well as her other projects. I’m not saying she’s perfect however it’s sad that as a human she has to explain her needs for privacy. I feel a little guilty for kind of thinking certain things these past few days, after 15 years we should know Gaga better than to paint her out to be some evil queen.

And she doesn't have to share anything super private like her love life or family - I totally get that she wants to have that for herself! Some behind the scenes sneek peaks would be nice though - just to show that she's still interested in us as her fans - enough to maintain that relationships with us. After all we love her music, we support her, buy the music, we buy the tickets to her show and if in between projects it's all silence when that wasn't always the case, it's hard to keep that "relationship" alive, because it feels like there is no connection and it's just onesided.

This is why I do understand a lot of the fans disappointment in general. I'm actually glad she cleared that up, because it shows that she does still care.

I saw someone said on twitter about some kind of contracts the cast of joker2 had to sign about not making "political statements", idk if it's true or not but maybe it could be possible?

I think she was correct not to mention those issues in this post. She would have got criticised for only speaking up about it after people called her out on it. It wouldn't have seemed genuine.
