Alfonso 1,550
Definitely one of my favorite albums and I would say it's probably the most gaga record of them all; electric, raw, messy, like many said with up and lows.. it truly is a fun album and after all those years I would still love to see her perform songs from it. We got bangers like G.U.Y., Applause, ARTPOP, Venus, Gypsy..

I also think a proper release with singles, videos, promo, etc. would be quite clunky especially if it was titled “ARTPOP: Act II”. So I wonder if their perception is that most are expecting a full-fledged studio album treatment. I think most of us just want a simple drop or reissue of the original album with the tracks that wouldn’t require any extra work as a fan service after all these years and the legwork we’ve done to publicly show how appreciated the bodies of work are 10 years later. Gagaism 11,812
None of her other albums has been discussed as much as ARTPOP and that’s when you know the album is LEGENDARY

Pennywise 36,079
It's time to let it go. It seems like Gaga herself wants us to, and she's only recognizing the album because the fans keep bringing it up and she doesn't want to look uncaring. But I do think that she secretly hates it every time we bring that album up. So long ggd, it was nice while it lasted.
vitoburrrito 649
i think it’s more interesting to talk about ARTPOP than it is to listen to it. I like it more now than when it came out, but I still rank it as my least favorite main album of hers. It captures Gaga at this point where she seems to be struggling with whether to let down her persona and become more vulnerable as an artist, or to keep playing up the Gaga mythos. She seems to try to do both at the same time. While this all sounds really interesting, ultimately the album just doesn’t hit the same as her previous albums. It’s not bad, but it’s not really anything new, and the marketing for it sort of backfired and sabotaged it from being taken seriously by anybody besides her fans. I would say it’s her most interesting album, I would not say it’s her best album.

Sugar Baby 846
1. Applause is one of her best singles and videos 2.- that being said ARTPOP was her worst pop record and it was destined to underperform with those songs since applause is the strongest option, DWUW is a bop but yeah R Kelly 3.- ARTPOP act II would have been a career suicide then and it would be even WORSE now if it is released like some Stans want
Starmie25 18,793
Hot take: non fans appreciate this album more for its wild variety of electronica, colour and batshit flavour. My friends loved "Aura" when I played it a party once.

DrKindnessKunt1999 6,100
I’m not saying that ARTPOP is groundbreaking, experimental album sonically; but I never agreed with people who called it generic and compared it to the likes of Calvin Harris, David Guetta, and whichever DJ was big in 2012/2013. (Also, yes I’m aware that David Guetta co-produced “Fashion!” I’m just using his name as an example) While ARTPOP was released when EDM was trendy, it still has its own identity. I wished that Gaga experimented more with the Dubstep/Rave/Techno/Complextro sound. We never got to hear that “Complextro masterpiece” that Gaga teased that was about the Jakarta situation. Hallelujah is a cute bop!
