i love the concept, the colour scheme, the outfits chosen. But the backgrounds in some are too simple and looks strange in the angle of the photo. Maybe in the magazine it looks better. Like that one she is cowboy like a typical old school photo youd see at any photoshop store, it looks too much exactly like that. also the one with the vase, just looks empty and oddly placed. She did amazing and it's fun, im not completely sold but i'd buy or maybe will buy the magazine. It's been a while since ive own one

It's strangely underwhelming for me. 

It would be more of a slay if the images were in the fantastical vein of this:

They really could've had more fun with this.

I agree. They really should've went all out. Recreating Barbie's 60s cardboard doll house, or the look of the 80s ads would've really helped. The white blankness is very un-Barbie - it's giving weird stock photo from shutterstock vibes, like this one for instance:

exactly it's like they wanted to cheap on purpose but just did that. I also loved that one, looked more dreamy and intriguing. That one you chose really looks empty and awkward. Like she looks so good, i for startes would have prefered her closer and no so much background of nothing.
