I wouldn't count ASIB with solo albums but it was a major era so I agree in that sense. I'm dying for the Joker 2 era next year

It can take some time for movies to get released because they need to find distributors or want to create momentum at festivals. This is an anticipated release, so I'm still unsure why they chose this release strategy. If awards season is what they're aiming for, they could've made the 2023 one if they really wanted to.

I’ve been getting very hyped up thinking about new Gaga music coming soon considering she’s finished filming for Joker and shes in wonderful shape making public appearances. I am not sure what is coming our way but I feel like we’re going to get something soon? I’m not sure if it’s an album or a single but whatever it is, I’m ready for it! I think if she doesn’t release an album in the fourth quarter of this year, we aren’t getting music until after award season 2025.

If she releases in 2024 the era would end abruptly because Joker promotion will start between august-september with the press screenings and then the official promo when it drops on october, even if the album comes out by Q1 2024, there wouldn't be time to do much promo or a big tour either.

Also if she doesn't releases something before Grammy deadline (September 15, 2023) I think we won't get nothing until spring 2025 at earliest.

ASIB and the jazz records don’t count towards her contract with Interscope. Joanne was her last of her first 5 album contract with Interscope and she signed a new one for presumably 5 albums too.

She deserves this time to regroup and plot. It'll only make the product we get that much better. I imagine the next cycle, honestly after Joker. Closer to 2025.

I mean Gaga had several hidings( lol) from 2020 till now. No one can say for sure if she hasn’t written new music, even recorded something. Nowadays I feel like artists are silent about their new albums, considering how toxic that can turn from fans. I feel like she recorded some songs.

It's strange. I'm not as thirsty for new material as I used to be.

Right now I'm more curious about the direction she will take, rather than just blindly hyping myself for whatever she releases. Because we never know if her new project will be up our alley.

She could always wait to tour in 2025. She also doesn’t have long eras anymore so 2024 would still work
