Israel is an absolute serve in terms of vocals (but I still hope they wont host in Tel Aviv if she wins, like they did with Ukraine). And France's is also a killer in terms of vocal capability. Under the new rules, 10 top contenders get points. So basically the top choice will only have a 2pt advantage over the 2nd one, and 2nd one would only have 1pt advantage over the 3rd. So spread the wealth to make sure your top picks get points. "When the vote closes the Top 10 most popular songs in each participating country will be allocated points from 1 to 8, 10 and 12 points."
