I feel like if their audiences were the same across apps then they'd really weigh the possibility of leaving Twitter. But with their access to demographic data it must be smarter to stay on Twitter. Plus Twitter is more for discovering people than Insta. Insta is very much more of an intentional follow than discovering people.
