If the USA had stricter gun control laws, the crazies who would be inspired to go on a killing spree after seeing a gunbra would not be able to get a license even if they wanted to. Criminals will be criminals and killers will be killers no matter what the law says - obviously. If they really want to get a gun to shoot people, they will get one. It's pointless to take away the right to bear arms from millions of law-abiding citizens (which by the way is in our 2nd amendment) because one person shot up an elementary school. Gun-control was never an issue with the other terrible shootings, but this complete overreaction is simply because the victims were children. If it is hunting season and any U.S. citizen wants to buy a rifle to go hunt with - they damn well have the right to. If I or my family or even any U.S. citizen wants a gun in the dresser next to the bed at night to ensure our safety just in case any threat comes to us - we damn well will. Texas is the least-gun restricted state in the U.S. and not once has one of these national tragedies come out of it. Guns aren't the problem. People's morals are. And billions of people's rights shouldn't be taken away because of one individual or even a few for that matter. (Just my 2 cents) Anyways, Gaga really shouldn't have taken the gun bra out. I think you misunderstood me. I'm from Lebanon. We have 5 guns per household :toofloppy: What I was insinuating was exactly what you said. The problem is with people.
