Not true, the Enchanted TV version leak is def real. The other two might not be HOWEVER they have been recorded so I wouldn't be surprised if they did leak.

I genuinely think its a bad idea to release all of them at once

1989 (Taylor’s Version) alone, even as a re-recording could arguably be the biggest commercial success of the year its released be it this year or next. I can also see reputation doing well even though its one of her most recent albums, the vault tracks on it will get people talking no doubt. 

If we are to entertain the idea of a multiple release then I think it can be done with self-titled and Speak Now. self-titled is so sonically far from where she is now and it doesn’t really have noteworthy hits. I can’t see it being a big deal once its released so pairing it with Speak Now could be a good idea and capitalize on the hype of 2 Taylor projects out at once.

The enchanted leak was from a rehearsal video one of the dancers posted and they took the video down. It’s not a leak by anyone who actually has it
