I’m not blaming Nicola, she’s been busy but it might have helped if she found and tutored her ideal successor way before she resigned. Alex Salmond is obviously a piece of work but he did do a good job in preparing Nicola to take the reins. Also agree with that independence won’t happen under Humzah.
