Yeah, your timeline seems correct tbh. At first I thought that her red look was going to be her final "Harley Quinn" look, but the more I think about it, I think the photos we got yesterday are going to be her near the end of the film.

Also, it fits with Joaquin's timeline too. So far, we've really only seen Joaquin in that same grey/brown suit. Some people have speculated that Joaquin breaks out of the courthouse with the help of Harley because in some scenes, the suit he's wearing is clean and perfectly fine, but in other scenes it's dirty and damaged. The red look Gaga was wearing was during those courthouse scenes (where Joaquin's suit is presumably clean and undamaged). The scenes we saw of Gaga and Joaquin yesterday seem to take place after the courthouse.

Woah, thanks for validating my theory! I'm honestly pretty unfamiliar with what Joaquin's been up to, I solely focused on Gaga to form the timeline. There was supposedly months of filming indoors too, which I imagine includes a lot of the Arkham scenes where their relationship develops.

So as of now, we have them entering the courthouse normally once. Harley entering the courthouse in Harley glam. Some sort of escape/conflict at the courthouse. And the final scene of Harley turning in Joker to the police as she sings "That's Entertainment!" after the courthouse conflict.

the first image of gaga we got of her as harley with joker almost kissing could be after the scene in the stairs when she shows the cops where he is and she went to get him out of jail and they run together

Oh yeah, there's still a ton of stuff we don't know about, which I think is super exciting! We can only speculate so much with the little snippet of scenes we're given  But yeah, from my observation, I think you're probably right and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case at all.

You can hear her say a few words that sound like "charade", "stairs/stare", "finale" and "alley" for example, and there isn't anything like that in the previous versions of the song I've heard before. Kinda sounds like Harley improvising new lyrics based on what's happening in that scene.

Actually it’s the That’s Entertainment (Reprise) version and I think the lyrics are:

I think we're a hit
And we'll go on from there
We played a charade
That was lighter than air
A good old fashioned affair
As we sing this finale
We hope it's up your alley

It is the finale of the movie The Band Wagon, and the characters are literally singing it to the audience, which makes me wonder if this could actually be the final scene like some theories suggest.

My only pushback to that thought is she’s missing her bangs, unless they’re pulled back. Joker was recently institutionalized or arrested because he’s in his makeup and she isn’t. That’s why I think that could be earlier on
