And only one album, NFR, was a truly great work to me. This album? It's an inspired work of genius. I am stunned by its artistry on all levels. Well deserved I say. It sounds so generic and I feel like I’ve heard almost every song at least twice from her already. I mean some of the lyrics are pretty but the songs themselves just sound so forgettable and boring. I’ve admittedly never described myself as a Lana fan, but I do like a couple of her songs from Ultraviolence (I’d say that’s her best album to date if I absolutely had to choose) but at this point I’m just bored with almost everything she’s put out in her career so far 🇨🇺🇧🇸 monica from rhoslc kinda had a point Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

They’re just not that high rated by Pitchfors because they’re actually enjoyable to listen to. even tho I’m not a stan I love lots of Lana’s songs and most of this album on first listen sounds dull and draggy imo.
