It's interesting how the lyrics are so honest and really gives us an insight to her mind around that difficult time she had. I think the chorus is quite catchy actually. It's just a huge metaphor, a song about s*x and when the woman c*ms, and sweat comets to her skin like rain She was so in love with him.. It makes me think of some label executive telling Gaga that's what was trending on Tumblr at the time and telling her to write music about it.
