wasnt the streaming numbers for the say so remix combined when it hit number one? cuz theres no way that remix version outstreamed the OG say so.

all versions are always combined but credits depend on overall activity (sales, radio, streams) probably sales numbers were very high so Nicki got the credit. 
Mariah Carey helped Latto to reach the top 3 on the Hot 100 thanks to “Big Energy” remix but she didn't get the credit because this remix did not account for the majority of the song’s overall consumption during the tracking week.
