**Please put spoilers in spoiler tag**

Been watching this. All I'm gonna say, don't believe the Rotten Tomato.

This movie is better than was reviewed. MCU finally back to being exciting again!

And there are 2 after credits scenes  and both are very exciting! This is starting going in full steam now!

I still need to watch thor4 and wakanda2ever:air:

I'll try to watch this one at the cinema, but tbh since D+ adds the movies to their catalogue after 45-50 days, I'm less and less willing to go to the cinema, I find the cozy couch and my OLED tv a much better option.

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

Not sure if a thread has been started since it premiered, but I wanted to express a few thoughts without spoilers! I have never been a huge fan and the Ant Man series, but I found this one to be the best of the three as far as character like-ability. If you are intending on seeing this, which I recommend, it is important to remember this is the first movie of Phase 5 and with that, comes a similarity to the first Guardians of the Galaxy, this movie has plot lines that are not intended to be the peak of the plots. For me, I enjoyed seeing the build up, as I walked in knowing, this is the movie to clear the path for the main climax. IMPORTANT! There are TWO post credit scenes, and unlike other MCU credit scenes, BOTH are vital and add more appreciation for this movie. By the end of the 2nd scene, audience was clapping.

I also felt an element of Star Wars in terms of aesthetic. Similar to the upcoming Little Mermaid, the setting is not on Earth, so before you come for CGI, realize that it is not yet possible to film in the Quantum realm :ally:

In contrast to you I saw this last night and thought it was garbage. Completely soulless and haas a plot that moves from start to finish through sheer force alone. Lucky that Paul Rudd, Michelle Pfeiffer, and the guy who plays Kang are so charismatic because they carried the film.

I can understand your perspective. I honed in on the driving force of the father and daughter + Hope and her choices, which to me felt like a lot of character development. Maybe they are saving gut wrenching emotions for later in the timeline. Definitely not the best of the movies released, but it was refreshing to see Paul’s character have a more “at stake” situation.

Saw it last night with a friend and absolutely loved it. It does suffer a bit because of the setting up of future plots, but on the whole I really enjoyed it.

My thing is, if we got a super aggressive climax, then it would be challenging to build it up for later movies.

Oh absolutely.

Kang was, hands down, an absolute presence in this film and I am so excited for what's to come.

Saw it last night, and was whelmed. Some of the visuals were really cool, and they're lucky to have Jonathon Majors because he's a powerhouse, but it felt like a mash-up of a few different movies just for the sake of it and not for any real reason. Plus... I'm getting pretty tired of 3/4 Marvel projects having no real consequences.

This is my Hannah Montana™️ lipgloss.

Saw it last night. It's not bad as the reviews say imo.

To me it's up there with Multiverse of Madness

I completely agree!!!

Certain character's design was crap lol I laughed so hard :ladyhaha:

And Michelle Pfeiffer was amazing (as always) :hor: What a queen!
