It feels more like an introduction to the album's sound/atmosphere, making me want to explore the album's concept more. I already know this won’t be my favorite song from the album but for some reason that makes me more excited? I always have a better time when I can read along and understand the story Anyway, it kinda sounds like the beginning of this new character's story. I know she was 'created' so maybe she's locked in her creators home/lab and escapes. In the speaking portion at the end she talks about getting the keys, leaving, walking around, people are staring, she's bruised but it's not 'that bad' Also random thing but the speaking part at the end reminds me of Lana, which is interesting because when I very first heard Melanie back in 2015 part of me related her voice to Lana, and I don't think I've ever naturally come across that comparison again since. I just remembered that right now I like the instrumental a lot. It's still kinda weird hearing music from her without any interesting samples, just organic instruments, but I don't hate it. It reminds me of some of her earlier unreleased stuff.. maybe Function or Absorb?
