Harassing streamers and cancelling people for playing the game because of it's connection to Rowling, all while organizing on Elon Musk's alt-right platform and bringing ad revenue to him and his followers I'd take this more seriously if it wasn't so illogical and ego based. This, tbh. People should just donate more and go easier on the hystrionics, which does absolutely zero contribution to the community and actually scares potential allies away. It’s difficult to sustain empathy when the individuals defending their stance are just spoiler-throwing, tantrum-having little trolls.

Quite different situations - Twitter wasn’t always owned by Musk and as we’ve seen; he’s not exactly profiting from it since he can’t even afford to keep it running We can certainly have a discussion on whether it’s ethical to use Twitter but considering it’s a tool for connection rather than a silly game, it’s a very different topic. Watching you justify using twitter while trying to scold me for playing Hogwarts Legacy is hilarious. Any community that punishes its members for trying to find joy in a very dark world is not a community I want to be a part of, frankly. Your "judgement" means very little to me sis. Auther 22,060
Keep bullying and harassing people on a platform run by someone who you don't agree with about people playing a video game for a world created by someone who you don't agree with. Interesting where people draw the lines. The hypocrisy says it all.

Find it crazy any member of the LGBT+ or anyone who considers themselves an ally would line the pockets of the alt right. every mainstream gaming company is packed with incels, so we can't play any games whatsoever #perfectallies buy bionic

When we’ve been asked by our own community to think about whether it’s ethical to support something, we should listen. Especially when it’s such a small concession like not buying a game? Im sorry, but this is literally all just for clout. **** JK Rowling ofc but she’s not the queen donator of hate campaigns?? If this game flops she’ll still have an army of transphobes donating. I cant believe the narrative of “don’t buy” is really outpacing the “where you CAN donate” topic. and if y’all want to apply this logic to everything else, you’ll soon find out eventually the money eventually goes to hate campaigns… bc most billions are just bad people?? In the grand scheme of things this is so shallow when hate campaigns get funding from so many more people than just celebrity authors? Just bc I don’t agree with someone, doesn’t mean I didn’t listen, either…

I literally don't care what you think, I just came in here to point out the inaccuracy of your claims. Saying this guy is an out of work actor deliberately hired by Rowling because he's an alt-right freak was an absolute lie. Stick to the facts if you want to be taken seriously. J K Rowling has a platform in which she actively promotes (and sometimes donates to) the very hate campaigns we have outside of courts and other government buildings. I will stand up against it like any good person should.
