From the get go you could make your sim either get other sims pregnant or become pregnant regardless of gender. And change voices and also choose whether you pee standing or sat down. I guess most people wouldn’t be too bothered about it but I think it’s amazing for those it really matters to. These are the best looking Sims, best graphics, build mode yet is still lacking what made The Sims 2 and 3 so great, even the first one I could spend the entire night awake playing.
