She also has a distinct/ unique tone but her voice can be a little much when she tends to “scream” sometimes. That’s why people call her Screamtina but she does have quite a powerful voice! That's the first time I'm hearing that particular way to describe her But like I said in my op, I am aware many ppl don't like her style when she overdoes it I guess I'm in the minority cuz I personally love it when she does that. But you can't. Singing is an art form. A singer sings and some people love what they're hearing, some people aren't mad about it, some people dislike it, and all opinions are valid. The OP loves Christina's tone. I would be between Iike and love on Christina and I would much prefer her to Mariah Carey, for example. I love Gaga's tone and Gaga is my favourite singer. While there are flaws, it also holds true that Christina would be most likely complimented for her vocals by most vocal coaches. Reminder that she was rated B+ by vocal coaches, higher or the same as Ariana Grande but I def see people saying Ariana is one of the best vocalist of all time despite her technique not being perfect.
