I think some ppl just get turned off when she "over sings". But that's a choice of style (one I love btw). In terms of real power it's pretty up there but definitely not among the strongest I also just love that tone Christina has in her voice. I don't know what u call that tone. It's not quite raspy or nasaly... It's something else. She does stretch and overdo it a lot and thats a (bad IMO) stylistic choice rather than any reflection on technical capability. And she has plenty of performances where she is off. Not al her impressive notes are on key!!! Amazing vocalist, but I value Gaga, Jessie J, Whitney, Celine and Mariah higher. Sure, one of the most beautiful natural tones, she does oversing a lot, and the upper belts are very hit or miss, but when she's at her best, it's a GORGEUOS voice.
