She’s got to look skinny for the role, imo if she looked chubby it wouldn’t have the same effect. As long as she is doing it in the healthiest way possible then I don’t see it as a bad thing. She’s gonna smash this role

Her weight loss is so noticeable with her face that I mentioned in in the other thread about her Instagram post. Her temples are hollow and her cheeks are sunken. The whole buccal fat removal thing is not relevant here because if she did have that she did it way back in 2015 before it was trendy lol. She just has a lot of fillers, most of which are in her lips that I seriously hope she has dissolved for filming because they look almost ridiculous with her face now being so incredibly skinny. Not to mention the migration of filler she has with them from pumping them to the literals gods during the PR for HOG. 

I wonder if they have even started actual filming for her yet because based off of some articles and people from gold derby this film will have intense and very complicated musical scenes that would require tons of rehearsal for everyone involved. This could be why her hair is not styled for the role yet. Unless of course Harley wears wigs for the entirety of the film but I kinda would doubt that.

Well if she lost weight because of the character it will really prove everyone that she takes acting seriously and thats amazing.

I remember Joaquin being praised for his body and soul commitment in the first one so I would love to see a bit transformation for her too ( as long as it is consented and healthy one of course).

Hmmm I agree with you, it truly depends on her current mental state.

EDs are one of the harder demons to deal with and I used to think a person can never heal from it - I’ve heard it so many times and I cannot heal myself, for almost a decade, either.

There is a possibility to heal tho, especially since she has access to so many amazing specialists and people taking care of her. She seems quite stable and on good terms with her body, but we never know.

Well I think for a lot of us it’s coming from a place of shock and concern and confusion.  We’ve never really seen her look like this before so we’re kinda voicing our initial reactions here, it is a Gaga forum after all
