I'm sorry I upset you with my joke about Karl and I appreciate that you respect his work - we can agree to disagree on whether he should be immune to his own offensive humour. I value your contributions on here and don't want you to feel alienated. What I don't appreciate however is the venom you're spewing back at me and everyone else - I never said anything personal about you. Awhile back I was all pissed off about something on here (as usual ) and you basically told me to "log off" if I was getting upset about a conversation on GGD, which was fantastic advice. It’s not just with Lagerfeld tho, I’ve repeatedly felt at odds with other people on here lately, which is making me wonder whether I’m getting too old for this. I’m sorry if I offended anyone, but I’m just hoping to bring a bit of nuance in those debates. I really hate this black and white mentality that seems to be what the internet is turning into, and I can get quite defensive when it’s touching people or subjects that are important to me.
