Not sure many countries will sympathise with the Taliban :laughga: but stuff like this is why sensible soldiers don't comment whatsoever on their kill count, let alone publicize it and describe your victims as chess pieces

Yeah.. the only major country with ok-ish relations with the Taliban (and which happens to also hate the West so is more likely to support anti-NATO/British sentiment even more) is China.

Um… so hate the fact this war ever happened but, isn’t this a normal amount for someone to kill? No?? Genuinely asking

I never realize these a-holes cared about people! A few days ago the Talibastards were worried for the now captured king of incels. Now they are worried about their unidentified expendables? Delusional.

Does this mean they themselves will go before “international courts” for their decades of grooming, international terror, sexism, violence, and overall atrocities?

I don't think there are statistics of this or anything but guesses. A soldier talking about his body count is something that triggers shame, guilt etc and something which many people want to keep private and eventually bury with them (unlike Harry :selena:). I am having a hard time imagining countries collecting statistics like these. There must some historians or sociologists that gave some estimations in some book though, maybe someone else can shed more light on this.

I find it hard to believe 25 could be an average even for a winning side

If your looking at all soldiers globally, Mathematically it is not possible for the average soldier to kill 25. It doesn't add up.

Considering not all soldiers die in wars, in some wars even most soldiers don't die... Mathematically the "average" would have to be less than 1. Meaning some soldiers dont end up making a kill at all

If all soldiers died in wars, the average would be 1 kill per soldier...

If your looking at the average only on the winning or better equipped side, or a median instead of an average, or surviving soldiers only the numbers could get more tricky...

If ur looking only at surviving soldiers those numbers also get more tricky but it's not like the majority of soldiers die. Tho losses can be heavy in most wars, more still survive than the ones who dont so the average kill among surviving soldiers can't be more than double of dead soldiers (if more than half of soldiers survive.... then the average kill of surviving soldiers globally still can't be above 2)

25 seems too high to be the average to me even for a surviving soldiers on a winning side. I could be wrong as I'm not a military expert. Purely by mathematics tho it seems like a number that doesn't add up to be an average

If u mean a median instead of an average, or a front lines soldier only, a winning side only etc, it can get tricker to figure that out.

I agree with you! However, not all soldiers fighting in wars are actually ''fighting'', most are doing logistical stuff. So I started with the assumption that by ''average soldier'' we don't mean any given soldier involved in the war but one with boots on the ground and who does the killing.

I don't think there were any wars were the % of soldiers who died was higher than the % of those who survived.

Not gonna sympathize with the Talibans obviously but why would Harry brag about killing 25 people? And most importantly why did he keep score :bear:
