People's music taste doesn't change from one day to another, look at the Spotify daily charts for crying out loud. Or iTunes for that matter. The reason they don't count the votes from the listeners in these daily charts is pure and simple: they don't want the same songs play at the same time they were played the day before because it'll turn off the casual listener who is driving in his car and hearing the same song at 3.53 pm that he heard the day before at 3.53 pm. But there's an official weekly airplay chart where it peaked at #2, so go go Gaga PS. you do know there's an official singles chart in Poland, right?
