Like it or not, we have to have in the back of our minds, "What if this guy is lying, what if he is a scammer, what if what they send is fake."

So if they can accept Paypal Goods and Services, THEN if things go south, you can call the 1 800 number 24 hours a day and get it back safely. 

This is what i did with Chile because, I would have had to refund all the donors personally out of my own pocket if Heaven forbid the guy was a scammer. thank god he was not.

Floating an idea here

Cost = 500 USD.

If 34 GGDers contribute 15 USD, we make the goal.

 I can send 34 letters with some gaga stickers / confetti from shows / in them to each of you as a Thank You to your mailing address anywhere in the world if anyone is down for that.

 

edit: this is kind of high risk. Even if all 34 donate, we may not get the file. I want people to be aware of this before they do. It could be a donation to a good cause that just results in you getting some stickers and confetti from me

The seller seems to be legit but the sound is a little inconclusive for me, i need more proof before going forward. but if it becomes a deal breaker, you essentially agree to gamble 15 dollars a person. Does all of that seem ok with people here? I want a read out before i continue.

If a snippet is inconclusive then it means it's not real. Real snippets aren't inconclusive. Unfortunately I don't think we will be getting OOC any time soon.

That is too harsh to say -- I cant tell yet. That doesnt mean it isnt real

It’s less the idea that we loose $15 and more that someone gets away with $500 for nothing. If anyone agrees to donate it should be because someone with reputation like you believes it to be real.

If it again turns out to be 100% legit then I'm totally down to donate.. For now I'm just looking as I have seen many scammers in the past when it comes to OOC
