Like which parent want their children to go to j41l. Luckily LGBTQ+ is still legal (in 37/38 provinces) and hopefully will be always legal unlike the neighboring countries. The law only apply when there's a report from a family member (parent, spouse, etc.). So if two people have s3x and no report from their family, it's okay. If they had children, the children can belong to either the male or the female (cannot both unless they will get married) in legal documents.
