He got to be very successful and especially compared to the other male musicians out there, he really gives a lot from concept to visuals on his work. So of course he would be such a influence on the general market which I don’t think it’s a “selling out” thing at least the way he does it. 
And at the end of the day the best about him is that he keeps on giving good music.

but like others have said, he still puts out great stuff, just not as amazing as he did before he went mainstream
