The microphone was invented in 1877 by Emile Berliner. Depending on how we define “highway,” they are as old as the invention of the wheel, and were certainly common throughout the Roman Empire. Later in the segment, West went even further in his praise, telling Jones: “I like Hitler.” He also claimed “the Jewish media has made us feel like Nazis and Hitler have never offered us anything of value to the world.”

I guess one thing it's done that's a silver lining to the sh*t cloud is it's enlightened me, and others I'm sure, to just how common antisemitism is. I always thought it was a ridiculous fringe thing but over the last few months there have been some shocking statistics I've learned.

Like, a quarter of all hiring managers in the US have admitted to not wanting to hire Jewish people, they'll hire a less qualified non-Jew over them  that's just the people that'd admit it too.
