Is Taylor's rise a threat to Gaga?

They are not even similar types of artists. If Taylor was as controversial as Gaga, she’d never be able to leave her farm.

Nope which is why I'm so surprised about how upset some people are here because of Taylor's success

No, unless LG 7 is released the same week as TS14.

Drake's the artist with the most top 10 hits of all time largely in front of MJ? :air:

Sorry but commercial success really doesn't mean talent, impact or creativity. Big reason to avoid meltdowns if Gaga doesn't own the charts in all of her next eras.

Congrats to her but Madonna's record is more impressive considering those top ten songs were her actual singles, which is much more difficult to achieve

You mean others were collabs on others albums? It's surely very true for drake but for Tay isn't it her singles too?

Or by actual single you mean the ones released as such officially ? Wouldn't it actually be easier to chart high with those since it's generally promoted unlike those Tay tracks rising without promo?

I would say putting non-singles in the top 10 is way more impressive than putting actual singles.
But, Madonna's is still way more impressive as she did that with people actually buying her songs and without streaming totally changing charts.

Yaaaas Gaga

I think it’s safe to say that if Madonna and Michael Jackson releases their music in the streaming world of today they’d have about twice as many top 10 hits as anyone else. You really can’t compare todays charts to anything over 5-6 years old cause it’s a completely different industry now. People need to take these records with a pinch of salt.

Only if Gaga starts making the blandest, most mediocre music of her career lol
