Good - Ukraine will regain parts of territory (one with clear Ukrainian majority and very few Russian settlements), will reach the Dnieper which is the most defensible border they could ask for, and will regain a major city.

Bad - Russia migh or might not bomb the Nova Khakokva dam out of spite, will feel incresingly cornered because it will loose its most important city taken.
