Nah this is different. We're not talking about a single person being accused and wanting to be thrown in jail or having career cancelled without proof which is what the debate usually is

 

This is more about a team league that throughout the years has had spuradic accusations that never end up getting investigated properly or that the league hasn't done much to try to prevent or change culture.

 

Basically the league is not taking the issue seriously, that's why Tims is pulling out. If anyone is against that I dunno what's wrong with them 👀

This is a big important move from Tim Hortons. Canadian Tire is also doing the same.

The fact that Hockey Canada had to create not one but two SPECIALIZED FUNDS dedicated to sexual assault settlements... the amount of times this must have happened... the whole administration is so out of touch, they must all leave and be replaced for change to happen. How hard is it to just be a decent person and admit they all screwed up with this.
