Bebe Rexha has written "Monster Under My Bed" for her debut album. The chorus was later used for "The Monster". Bebe's vocals are still in the hook, this part “ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh” is sung by Bebe not Rihanna.
i think in the past this video where Bebe said that they kept her “ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh”  because "Rihanna can't sing those high notes" went viral and she got attacked:
